A 6LoWPAN Border Router connects your 6LoWPAN devices to the Internet and is responsible for handling traffic to and from the IPv6 and 802.15.4 interfaces. 6LBR is a deployment-ready solution for border routers, based on Contiki OS. It runs best on low-cost, open source embedded hardware platforms like the RaspberryPi, the Econotag and the BeagleBone.

- If you already own one of the supported platforms, grab a couple of your favorite Contiki motes and get started right away!
